TERMS & CONDITION
- We prefer bank transfer, Easypaisa or Jazzcash for payment within Pakistan.
- Delivery time may take 4 to 8 working days.
- Customers should add / mention complete address with house number, block number, street number and nearest landmark, while placing order,
- In case of damaged goods or wrong product, you can contact us at email@example.com or Whatsapp us at 03367331685. And inform us about the problem you face along with a picture of the defected item.
- To exchange any product (in case of any damage or difference in the product) the customer will send the parcel back to us on our mailing address, and we will bear the shipping expenses. When we receive the parcel, you can apply for exchange.
- We will only bear the shipping expenses when the customers receive a damaged product or wrong product. For any other exchange, shipping expenses will be borne by the customer.
- Change of mind does not apply to exchange policy.
- Customers can exchange the product within 3 days after receiving the product.
- Customers can cancel/ change their orders within 2 hours after order submission. After that no customer will be entertained.
- Only the goods that are unused (with tags attached) may be returned.
- The goods must not be damaged or altered in any manner.
- No exchange/refund/claim can be made on discounted products (which marked Sale or Discount).
