Any product you purchase from UHStores through any platform, including website, Facebook, and Instagram, will come with free shipping. We offer shipping services throughout Pakistan.
If the customer receives a damaged or discolored item, he/she can file for a return. Do note that the return filing should be immediately done so upon receiving the parcel. We will look into the matter and facilitate accordingly.
Please take note of the following:
- The color of the products may vary from the product picture due to different factors which includes screen colors, brightness etc.
- Also there might slight difference in measurement data (if any).

How long does it take for home delivery?
It usually takes 4-8 days for delivery within Pakistan. For bank transfers, the parcel will be dispatched, once the payment has been made.
Can I place an order at Instagram?
Yes, orders can be placed though Instagram and Facebook as well.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
Incase of damaged goods or wrong product, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or whatsapp us at 03367331685. And inform us about the problem you face along with a picture of the defected item.
To exchange any product (in case of any damage or difference in the product) the customer will send the parcel back to us on our mailing address. When we receive the parcel, you can apply for exchange.
